Q. Who can you contact if you are having trouble with the PatientAccess portal?

Q.
How do you change your personal information?

A. You can change personal information such as address, phone number, and emergency contact by clicking on Patient Profile, then click Personal Information. Once there, make the desired changes, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click Save.

How do you update your insurance information?

A. Call us at 215-898-8965 (school) or 215-898-7337 (family practice) to provide us with your most up-to-date insurance information before your next scheduled appointment.


Q. How do you confirm an appointment?

A. Upcoming appointments will show at the top of the screen on your Home dashboard or in the Appointments section. Unconfirmed appointments are highlighted in red. To confirm, click on "Confirm" in the bottom right corner of the appointment. Once confirmed, the appointment will be highlighted in purple.


Q. How do you send a message to your provider?

A. Go to the Messages section, click on New Message, then complete required sections marked with a red *, such as who you are sending the message to, subject line, and message body. When ready, click "Send Message" in the bottom right corner.
Please note: you can only message providers that you have a scheduling history with.


Q. Don't remember your username and cannot log in?

A. Go to login page, click on 'Forgot Username?', enter your DOB, first name, and email, click Next, and click on 'Get Username'. You will receive an email with your username information.


Q. Don't remember your password and cannot log in?

A. Go to login page, enter your username and click Next. Click on 'Forgot Password?', enter your DOB, first name, and email, then click Next. Click on 'Get Code'. You will receive a verification code to your email.


Q. How do you change your password once you've logged in?

A. Click on your name in the bottom left-hand corner, enter your current password, then enter a new password and click Update.


Q.
 How can you access appointment summaries, statements, receipts, signed consent forms, and other documents that are part of your patient record?

A. This information can be foudn in the Documents section.


Q.
 How can you make a payment?

A. Go to the Payments section, which will open a new window. You will need to enter your date of birth and PDM chart number to post a payment. If you do not know the chart number, call 215-898-8965 (school) or 215-898-7337 (family practice).
